On the 28Th of March the wonderful “Adoration of Magi” by Leonardo da Vinci will return in the Uffizi Gallery after a long
restoration by the Opificio delle pietre dure in Florence. It was painted by Leonardo in 1482 and commitioned by the church
of San Donato in Scopeto in Florence. Leonardo left this painting unfinished because he left for Milan in 1482. In this
work Leonardo shows his interest for the moods of the characters and their psychology.
