THE NEW CATHEDRAL MUSEUM AND THE DUOMO COMPLEX

This tour will show you the religious centre of Florence with the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, the Brunelleschi’s Dome, the excavations of the ancient church of Santa Reparata and the wonderful interior of the Baptistery and its mosaics.

Then we will visit the new Museum del Duomo, with the original “Gate of Paradise” by Lorenzo Ghiberti, the Bandini Pietà by Michelangelo and the wooden Maddalena by Donatello.
