The new Opera del Duomo Museum in Florence

In July and August 2016, every Saturday morning we’ll visit  the Duomo of Florence,  the Baptistery with its marvellous masaics and  the new Cathedral Museum, where you’ll admire the wonderful Gate of Paradise, carved by Lorenzo Ghiberti, just restored, the reconstruction of the original

Facade of the Cathedral . We also can admire the Bandini Pietà by Michelangelo, the wooden sculpure of Mary Magdalene,

the model of the Brunelleschi’s Dome and also a new terrace just in front of the Cathedral.
